§ 91.01. INHUMANE AND CRUEL TREATMENT OF ANIMALS.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful to maliciously kill, disfigure, tease, poison, molest, overload, torture or cruelly beat any animal. All animals must be provided with proper food, water, shelter and medical attention.
