§ 92.31. ADMINISTRATION.

The City Parks and Recreation Department is given the administrative responsibility to carry out the terms and conditions of this division and to collect the sums of money provided for herein. Wherever the term dockmaster is used in the dockage agreement or rules and regulations for the City marina, it shall be deemed to mean the City Parks and Recreation Department.
