§ 92.02. BOAT OPERATION.

It shall be unlawful to operate any boat or vessel upon any waterway within the City at a rate of speed which causes, or may cause, waves which result in damage to docks, wharves, seawalls or boats which are moored or tied to a dock or wharf along the waterway. Pursuant to F.S. Section 327.60, this Section shall not apply to boats on the Intracoastal Waterway.
