§ 92.03. MUFFLERS REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful to operate a watercraft with an outboard motor or inboard motor which does not have a properly muffled exhaust within the City so that the operation of the watercraft annoys or disturbs the quiet, comfort or repose of any person in any dwelling, hotel or any other type of residence, or any person in the vicinity of the operation of the boat.
