§ 93.07. INTERPRETATION OF FRANCHISE TERMS.

(a)

The provisions of this Chapter shall apply to all cable franchises.

(b)

The provisions of this Chapter shall, throughout the term of a franchise, apply to a franchise agreement as if fully set forth in the franchise agreement, and the express terms of this Chapter shall prevail over conflicting or inconsistent provisions in a franchise agreement unless such franchise agreement expressly provides otherwise.

(c)

Except as to matters which are governed by Federal law or regulation, a franchise agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
