§ 93.10. COMMENCEMENT OF SERVICE.

Any franchisee commencing initial construction of a cable television system after the effective date of this Chapter shall commence construction within one year of the effective date of the franchise agreement and shall complete construction so as to offer service to all dwellings within the franchise area in compliance with the requirements of a franchise agreement, but in no event later than two (2) years from the effective date of the franchise agreement unless an extension is granted by the City for good cause shown.
