§ 93.29. PERFORMANCE EVALUATION.

  • The City may conduct periodic, but not more than once during any twelve-month period unless for specific cause, performance evaluations of a franchisee as the City determines is necessary. A franchisee shall cooperate with these evaluations reasonably and in good faith. If the City implements a survey of cable subscribers in connection with a performance evaluation, the City may require a franchisee to distribute the City's questionnaire to its subscribers at the City's expense, provided that the franchisee shall have the right to review the questionnaire prior to its distribution by franchisee. Upon request and upon reimbursement of the City's copying costs, the franchisee may inspect or receive copies of all responses.
