§ 93.33. MUNICIPAL CABLE SYSTEM OWNERSHIP AUTHORIZED.

(a)

To the full extent permitted by law, the City may acquire, construct, own and/or operate a cable system.

(b)

Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to limit or expand in any way the ability or authority of the City to acquire, construct, own and/or operate a cable system to the full extent permitted by law.
