The Chief Building Official shall specify the provisions of the building code to be suspended and the reasons therefore, when certifying the necessity of such suspension to the City Manager. The City Manager shall communicate to the City Commission the need to suspend local building regulations to the officials, in the order named in Section 95.05(A).
