§ 98.07. PROHIBITED ON STREETS.

(A)

No person shall sweep into or deposit litter in any gutter, street or other public place within the City. Persons owning or occupying property shall keep the sidewalk, parking area, right-of-way and street area abutting their premises free of litter.

(B)

The existence of litter on the sidewalk, parking area, right-of-way or street area abutting the premises shall be prima facie evidence that the owner or person occupying the premises is in violation of the law.
