§ 10.2.1. General.

(A)

Scope. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the following words and terms shall, for the purposes of the Floodplain Management Regulations, have the meanings shown in this section. (Ord. No. 32-16, § 2, 12-6-16)

(B)

Terms defined in the Florida Building Code. Where terms are not defined in the Floodplain Management Regulations and are defined in the Florida Building Code, such terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in that code. (Ord. No. 32-16, § 2, 12-6-16)

(C)

Terms not defined. Where terms are not defined in the Floodplain Management Regulations or the Florida Building Code, such terms shall have ordinarily accepted meanings such as the context implies. (Ord. No. 32-16, § 2, 12-6-16)
