Article 10.3. FLOOD RESISTANT DEVELOPMENT |
§ 10.3.5. Recreational vehicles and park trailers.
(A)
Temporary placement. Recreational vehicles and park trailers placed temporarily in flood hazard areas shall: (Ord. No. 32-16, § 2, 12-6-16)
(1)
Be on the site for fewer than 180 consecutive days; or (Ord. No. 32-16, § 2, 12-6-16)
(2)
Be fully licensed and ready for highway use, which means the recreational vehicle or park model is on wheels or jacking system, is attached to the site only by quick-disconnect type utilities and security devices, and has no permanent attachments such as additions, rooms, stairs, decks and porches. (Ord. No. 32-16, § 2, 12-6-16)
(B)
Permanent placement. Recreational vehicles and park trailers that do not meet the limitations in LDR Section 10.3.5(A) for temporary placement shall meet the requirements of LDR Section 10.3.4 for manufactured homes. (Ord. No. 32-16, § 2, 12-6-16)
