These regulations have been adopted pursuant to requirements imposed by F.S. ch. 163, State Department of Community Affairs Administrative Rule 9J-5, and the City's Comprehensive Plan all of which required revising then existing land development regulations so as to be consistent with a comprehensive plan adopted pursuant to the 1985 Growth Management Act.
