§ 4.5.14. Four Corners Overlay District.

Defined. The Four Corners Overlay District is hereby established as the area located at the four corners of the intersection of West Atlantic Avenue and Military Trail. The Overlay District includes both GC (General Commercial) and PC (Planned Commercial) zoned properties.
