§ 4.5.20. Waterford Overlay District.

Defined. The Waterford Overlay District is hereby established to include the following area:

Parcel "B" as set forth on the plat of Waterford Park, recorded in Plat Book 91 at Pages 119 and 120 of the public records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
