§ 4.5.7. The North Federal Highway Overlay District. [Amd. Ord. 53-96 11/19/96]

(A)

Defined. The North Federal Highway Overlay District is hereby established as the area bounded by Dixie Highway on the west, the northern City limits on the north, North Federal Highway on the east, and N.E. 14th Street on the south. The regulations established in Section 4.4.9(D) and G(2) shall apply to all GC zoned parcels within the overlay district. [Amd. Ord. 53-96 11/19/96]
