§ 4.5.9. The Southwest Neighborhood Overlay District.

(A)

Defined. The Southwest Neighborhood Overlay District is the area zoned RM located between Interstate 95 and S.W. 1st Avenue from Atlantic Avenue to S.W. 2nd Street, except along SW 12th Avenue, where it extends south to SW 3rd Street. The applicable regulations set forth in Section 4.7, "Family/Workforce Housing" (in addition to applicable Land Development Regulations) shall apply to this district. [Amd.
