§ 6.1.1. General.

(A)

Rule. The standards contained within this Article are applicable to the provision of essential services associated with development and redevelopment. These standards apply to the installation of infrastructure whether or not it is publicly or privately maintained.

(B)

Waivers allowed. Waivers to the Standards set forth in this Article 6.1 are allowed pursuant to Section 2.4.7(B)(1)(a) provided that the City Engineer concurs in the granting of the waiver.
