§ 6.1.13. Monuments and markers.

(A)

At the intersection of the center line of all streets there shall be installed a one-inch pipe, three feet long, embedded in concrete with the top flush with the finished pavement.

(B)

All other lot corners shall be marked with an iron pipe not less than one-half inch in diameter and 24 inches long and set so as to be flush with the finished grade.

(C)

Permanent reference monuments shall be as required by Florida Plat Law.
