In addition to the above requirements, the relocation of structures from or to a historic district or individually designated property shall comply with the requirements of Section 4.5.1(E)(6), prior to the issuance of a relocation permit. The final inspection for new foundation permits associated with a relocated structure shall occur concurrently with the final inspection for the relocation. The final inspection for the relocation and foundation permits shall be finalized within 90 calendar days of permit issuance. [Amd.- Ord. 13 15 08/18/2015]
