§ 7.7.11. Duties of City Building Official; inspections.

(A)

Before a permit shall be issued, the Building Official, or his designee, shall ascertain whether or not the well or sprinkler system is to be connected with the public water supply of the City in any way and shall see that the requirements of all ordinances, rules, and regulations protecting the health and safety of the citizens of the City are met.

(B)

The Building Official shall inspect all work including any sprinkler system, that may be supplied by the well before the well is covered and final connection is made.
