§ 115.02. HOURS WHEN AUCTION TO BE CONDUCTED.

It shall be unlawful for any licensee, his agent, servant or employee to conduct any auction sale between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., or on Sundays, providing, that conditional or provisional sales as provided in Section 115.05 may be conducted to the hour of 11:30 p.m. on weekdays.
