§ 131.01. DAMAGING, DESPOILING PROPERTY.

No person shall damage, desecrate or despoil any publicly-owned property, cemetery, church or any other property set apart for public use or held for benevolent or charitable purposes, or in any way deface or post bills upon any private property without the permission of the owner or person entitled to the possession of the property.
