§ 51.44. DEPOSIT OTHER THAN IN APPROVED CONTAINER.

No person shall place or keep garbage or trash anywhere within the City in any vessel or receptacle other than in a standard, approved garbage or trash container from which regular collections are made or from approved containers for excess materials.
