§ 53.142. PUBLICATION OF USERS IN SIGNIFICANT NONCOMPLIANCE.

The City shall publish at least one time annually, a list of the industrial users which, during the previous twelve (12) months, were in "significant noncompliance" with applicable pretreatment standards and requirements as defined in Section 53.004. Public notification shall be included in a newspaper(s) of general circulation within the jurisdiction served by the Treatment Works that meets the requirements of Sections 50.011 and 50.013, F.S. A one hundred dollar ($100.00) fee shall be added to the water bill of a violator during the month in which the violation is published in the newspaper pursuant to Section 53.142.
