§ 53.005. COMPLIANCE WITH PROVISIONS OR MORE STRINGENT REGULATIONS.

Public sanitary sewers shall be as outlined in this Chapter or as required by other regulations promulgated by the City or the Board under the authority of this Chapter. Where the provisions of this Chapter or such regulation conflict with the health department requirements, the requirements which are most stringent shall apply.
