§ 59.03. OBJECTIVE.

The objective of this Chapter is to set forth requirements for the use of reclaimed water and the construction of reclaimed water facilities within the City of Delray Beach to be in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations as they pertain to reclaimed water.
