§ 72.05. DUTY TO APPEAR IN COURT WHEN CHARGED WITH VIOLATION.

Any person charged with a violation of any provision of this Chapter who has been released on his own recognizance, and nevertheless fails to appear in the appropriate court on the date and time set or designated, shall be guilty of a violation of this Code.
