§ 102.17. PERMIT FOR IMPROVEMENT REQUIRED.

No person or persons shall cause any construction of or modification of any public or private streets, or any part thereof to be graded, paved, repaved, surfaced or resurfaced or cause any sidewalks to be constructed thereon, or cause any curbs or gutters to be constructed thereon or thereunder, without first obtaining from the City Engineer a permit for the work.
