§ 97.02. SALE OF RESTRICTED-USE PESTICIDES PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell any of the restricted-use pesticides listed in Section 97.01 except to a person holding a current residential pesticide spraying certificate issued by the State Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, or is the owner and operator of a greenhouse or botanical nursery.
