    The Density Bonus Tables shown below are provided to illustrate bonus densities under various parcel sizes, unit types and income eligibility; however, the density bonus allocations contained in Table 1 shall control densities in the Southwest Neighborhood Overlay District, the Infill Workforce Housing Area, and the Carver Estates Overlay District.
