In order to address a shortage of workforce housing units, incentives have been added
to induce the construction of workforce housing units in the City. In addition to
the other incentives contained within this article, lots of record that have at least
40 feet of frontage may be used for Workforce Housing, as long as the workforce housing
unit meets the typical designs represented by the sketches set forth below and the
additional requirements of 4.1.4(D) as well as other applicable code provisions are met.
